About Team Jab

My boot camp work outs are designed for everyone at all levels. Here are some of the moves that you will be taking part in. Each class varies. Each class is never the same. Locations vary and typically are spread through out town at various parks to keep it fair for everyone regarding how far you need to travel for each class.

I also have a boxing class that is becoming extremely popular. This class does not involve nearly as much running as other classes, but I promise you it will be challenging in other ways. Team Jab members are beginning to catch the boxing fever.







Here are some of the basic moves that you will be performing during boot camp. All these exercises are designed in such a way that each person can take it at a level that is within their comfort level. Remember thought that if you are hurting, you are not progressing. Push yourself enough to get the results you need.

Stretching is an important part of fitness. Stretching helps prevent injuries and also strengthens muscles's as well.
We use a lot of simple to use, tried and tested, objects that help challenge you to grow and become more fit..
Yes we run. Running is cardio and cardio is good. If you have bad knees, or other issues that make running hard, you can take it at your own pace.
Lunges challenge those of all abilities. If performed properly, lunges will be of great benefit to you.
 
         

Squats are also used in boot camp. Squats are use to help build strength in the legs.
Here is another version of the lunge. The lunge is one of the most effective moves we use to build leg strength.
Push-ups are a integral part of boot camp. This standard is used in many training regiments.
Certain Yoga Moves are used in boot camp. Yoga is not only a stretching exercise but also a strength one as well.
